There is a no return policy on any head wear such as hats, head bands, and hair extentions. Returns on jewelry are allowed but you must pay return shipping. You can only return jewelry if it is damaged or broken upon receiving the item. We will not accept returns due to breakage from normal wear. We do however offer free jewelry repair on most items. If that said piece of jewelry is included in this offer it will be noted in the description of the product. Again you must pay the return shipping on those items as well. As far as payment you will have up to seven days to pay for your order in full or the item(s) will be put back up for sale.
